Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking;

PAYMENTS FOR CLASSES - Our booking system will direct you to pay upon booking. Payment can be online via your card or alternatively by BACS. If you come across any issues when paying please contact Natalie directly (nataliemoorochdale@gmail.com or 07368100059). All class payments that are made are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the class is cancelled by us, we will always try and offer and alternative date for the session to take place. If this is not an option, you may opt for a class credit for the session missed. If you cancel or miss a class, this will not be refundable, but we will try to accommodate you on a different day/session that week where we can do. YOU MUST PREPAY FOR YOUR SESSION TO CONFIRM YOUR SPACE - If you have not paid for your space, you are NOT confirmed to be booked onto the class.

CHANGING CLASS TIMES/VENUES - In the rare occasion that we need to change a class time or venue, we will do so to the closest and nearest available venue. If a class becomes full, we will open up a waiting list. If there is enough interest a class will be added to cope with demand. Should you need to change your class/date we will do so where can accommodate, but we cannot guarantee this as it depends on numbers in other sessions.

TRIAL CLASSES - Trial classes can be booked one class at a time, per week as a PAYG option for parents.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS - Moo Music Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money/ticket in the event that you are unable to attend sessions. In the instance of a venue closure short-term (repairs, double booking etc), we will endeavour, where possible, to add this missed session onto the end of term to make up for one missed session in the term. If this is not possible, we will offer a class credit for one missed session - this credit will have no monetary value.

If a venue/class is not available on a long-term basis (illness, venue closures, public health or any other grounds out of our control), then we cannot be responsible from providing further classes in this time. We will try our upmost to reschedule classes and venues ASAP. If this is not possible, we will credit your sessions back to you for future use.

PAY AS YOU GO SESSIONS - PAYG classes can be booked online using the 'trial' option. You can book trial sessions on a weekly basis when you can attend. PAYG tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY - Whilst the family atmosphere we encourage at classes means you are able to take photo and video footage, we would ask that everyone remains sensitive to the feelings of others and should ALWAYS stop filming if asked to do so. PLEASE DO NOT replicate any materials unless given permission to do so. In instances where you may refuse to do so, it is the decision of the class leader which is final and you may be asked to leave if you refuse.

Moo Music Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton expressly forbids the right to reproduce any part of our lessons in any form (internet, DVDs etc). Anyone suspected of doing so will be asked to stop filming and leave current and all future classes.

All our illustrations, photography and logos are the copyright of Moo Music Limited. Any scanning of any of these without written agreement is a breach of copyright and will be dealt with accordingly.

Moo Music Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton reserves the right to use photographs for publicity purposes if you have agreed to do so.

Moo Music Heywood, Rochdale and Middleton cannot be held liable from the actions of third parties, and, therefore excludes to the fullest extent possible by law, any liability arising from a breach of this section headed 'Video and Photography' by any party.

VALUABLES - All property left in class venues or entrance halls or outside is left at you own risk. Moo Music Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal possessions.

ILLNESS - Should your child or the accompanying adult have, or develop, any known or suspected medical condition you must consult your doctor before bringing them to class and inform your Class Teacher via email or SMS. All information received is treated with the strictest of confidence and sensitivity. We recommend that you never bring your child to a class if they have any kind of contagious illness e.g; diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo, conjunctivitis, an ear infection or bad cold. Please wait until you have had an all clear from a doctor before returning to classes. In the instance of sickness/diarrhoea you or your child must have been clear of symptoms for atleast 48 hours before attending a class.

NAPPIES/CHANGING/FEEDING YOUR CHILD - Always change your baby on the floor using a suitable changing mat or changing station (where accessible). Do not use raised areas. Please take away dirty nappies with you, unless there is a marked bin in the venue. Changing and feeding (breast or bottle) is welcomed in all of our sessions.

WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE - Moo Music Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton may, at its own discretion, refuse entry of a customer to its classes if it is felt that the customers behaviour is unreasonable or inappropriate. This is also the case if Moo Music Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton feel that a child's behaviour is consistently preventing others enjoyment or in order to safeguard other children in the class.

TEACHERS - Whilst we endeavour to ensure you always have the same teacher for a full term, we cannot guarantee this as teacher fall ill, take leave etc. We will always give advanced warning where possible, but we cannot always do this in the event of an emergency.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - In the absence of any proven negligence, lack of due diligence or breach of duty by your Class Leader(s); Moo Music Limited; its franchisees or employees, the participation of you; your spouse/partner; child or those in whose care you have placed your child for the purpose of attending or observing Moo Music Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton music, singing and movement is done so entirely at your and their own risk.
